Build Your Business Summary
This is the file that teaches Claude your business. Everything you saw on the workshop runs off it.
How it works
Four steps. A couple of hours talking, about fifteen minutes in Claude.
Open the voice memo app on your phone. Read a question, sit with it for a minute, then hit record and talk. Say it the way it lives in your head. Nobody is grading this.

Most voice memo apps make one for you. If yours doesn't, upload the audio to turboscribe.ai.
Don't clean it up. Claude wants it raw.
- Open Claude. Click Projects in the sidebar.
- Click Create a project. Name it after your business.
- Leave it empty for now.
This is where your business lives in Claude from here on.
- Upload
tor-business-summary.zipto your project. - Start a new chat inside the project.
- Type
/tor-business-summaryand paste your transcript.
If something in your transcript is unclear, Claude will ask you a few questions first. Answer them and it keeps going.
Can't upload skills on your plan? Use the prompt instead. Paste it in a new chat with your transcript underneath.
What you get back
Your Business Reflection
Your business read back to you in your own words. Read it slowly. If something's off, say so, and keep going until it sounds like you.
Your Business Summary
The .md file Claude works from. Save it to your project folder. This is the foundation.
