The skill you watched on the workshop. It asks you how you want your inbox to work, then builds it, then runs it every morning.
Three steps. About twenty minutes, most of it answering questions.
In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and connect Gmail. That's what lets Claude read, label, and draft in your inbox.
On Outlook or something else? Skip this. The skill will work through your browser instead. Just be logged in to your inbox when you run it.
inbox-organizer.skill to it./inbox-organizer.When you're done it reads your last thirty days, shows you how it sorted things, and asks if anything's in the wrong place. Fix that, and it builds your labels, cleans up what's there, and sets up the morning task.
One list in the chat. Who wrote, what they're asking, how long they've waited, and whether the reply is already drafted. Oldest first.
Replies land in your Drafts folder. You read them, you send them. Nothing goes out without you. That rule is written into the skill.
The skill saves your answers in a file called Inbox-Map.md in your project. Want a new label, a different time, or no drafts for vendors? Tell Claude in the chat and it updates the map. No need to start over.
